Don and Norma Jackson founded Advanced Pump Company, Inc. in 1988. Like many businesses, it started with the idea that came to life in their garage.
Norma focused on the accounting and finance side of the business, while Don concentrated on sales and repair services. Together, with some help, Advanced Pump became a dream come true.
As time went on, a larger space only made sense. The more Norma encouraged Don to follow his entrepreneurial dream, the more customers they built relationships with, and the more room they needed to meet every one of their unique needs.
The garage eventually turned into a small place on Salem Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, and in 2007, we moved to our current warehouse and office space on High Street.
While we have grown and evolved over the years, Advanced Pump will always continue to follow Don & Norma’s footsteps to provide quality customer service and care. We also promise to push ourselves to be the best possible for our customers and community.
